This work needs the same discipline as commercial freight — the same documentation and customs handling — plus a great deal more care in the packing, because much of what moves is either fragile, valuable, or simply irreplaceable to the person who owns it.

Packing is not an afterthought
Most transit damage is a packing failure, not a handling failure. Cargo is going to be lifted, stacked, driven and occasionally dropped; the packing is what stands between that and a claim. We pack to the contents and the journey — proper crating for the fragile and the valuable, the right cushioning and bracing, cases built for the pieces that do not fit a standard carton — because it is far cheaper to pack something well than to settle a claim for it.
Personal effects have their own rules
Moving a household across a border is not the same customs exercise as moving trade goods. Used personal effects have their own rules, allowances and documentation, and the concessions that apply to a genuine relocation depend on getting the paperwork and the declarations right. We handle these formalities as part of the move, so an employee or a family arriving in a new country is not left to navigate an unfamiliar customs regime on their own.

Do you pack, or do I pack and you ship?
Either. We provide professional export-grade packing as part of the service, which is the right choice for anything fragile, valuable or awkward — it is also what protects an insurance claim, since owner-packed cartons are treated differently. If you prefer to pack some items yourself, we will tell you plainly what that means for cover and risk.
Can you handle an office relocation without shutting us down?
Yes — the point of planning a commercial move is to protect your operation. We sequence the move around your working hours, handle IT and equipment with care, and stage it so you are back up and running quickly rather than dark for days.
Is a household move cleared through customs differently?
Yes. Used personal effects follow their own customs rules and allowances, distinct from commercial cargo, and the reliefs that apply to a genuine relocation depend on correct documentation. We handle those formalities as part of the move rather than leaving them to the person relocating.
