- The details of your shipment — cargo type, origin and destination, mode, incoterm, weight or volume, and any notes you add;
- Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
Why we use it
We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, provide and administer the logistics services you ask for, and keep records required for tax, customs and other legal obligations. Who we share it with
Delivering an international shipment necessarily involves third parties — carriers, our overseas agents, customs authorities and, where you ask us to arrange it, insurers. We keep enquiry and shipment records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for the period afterwards that tax, customs and commercial law require us to retain them. When we no longer need your data, we delete or anonymise it.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased where we are no longer entitled to keep it, and to withdraw consent where our use of your data relies on it. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to your data to the people who need it to do their work.
