Warehousing & Distribution
Secure storage, inventory management and onward distribution — from a few pallets of buffer stock to managed pick, pack and dispatch.
Freight and storage are two halves of the same problem. Cargo that arrives before you can take it, stock you want held close to a port or a customer, goods that need to be broken down and sent on in smaller lots — all of it needs somewhere secure to sit and someone accountable for it while it does. Warehousing is where a freight movement becomes a supply chain.
We provide storage and distribution around our Cochin and Mumbai operations, sized to what you actually need — short-term buffer stock between a shipment and a delivery window, longer-term holding, or a managed pick-pack-and-dispatch operation that turns your inbound freight into outbound orders.
What you get with this service.
Secure storage
Racked and floor storage under cover, with the cargo recorded in and out so you always know what is held and where.
Inventory management
Stock counted, recorded and reconciled, so your records and the physical shelf agree — the single most useful thing a warehouse can give you.
Pick, pack & dispatch
Orders picked, packed and released to the carrier, so inbound freight becomes outbound delivery without you touching it.
Bonded & buffer stock
Short-term holding between arrival and delivery, and cross-dock handling for cargo that should move straight through rather than sit.
Storage that is actually managed
A warehouse is only as useful as its records. Space to put cargo is easy; knowing exactly what is held, in what condition, and being able to release the right items against an order without a physical search is the part that matters. We record cargo in and out and reconcile it, so a stock query is answered from the system rather than by sending someone to walk the aisles.
That discipline is what lets storage do real work — holding safety stock near a port so you are not exposed to a single late sailing, staging a large import for phased delivery, or consolidating several suppliers’ goods before they ship on as one.
Distribution built on your inbound freight
Because we handle the freight as well as the storage, the two join up. Cargo we clear can go straight into managed stock; stock we hold can be picked and dispatched onward without a second company in the loop and without your goods being handed across a gap where accountability tends to disappear. One team owns the cargo from the port to the final delivery.
Questions we are asked a lot.
Can you hold stock and dispatch it against my orders?
Yes — that is the managed pick-pack-and-dispatch service. You send us the orders, we pick, pack and release them to the carrier, and the stock records update as they go. It suits importers who want goods held close to a port and released in smaller lots rather than taken in one delivery.
Is the storage short-term or long-term?
Both. Some customers use us for a few days of buffer between arrival and a delivery window; others hold stock for months. We size the space and the charge to what you actually use rather than a fixed block, and we will tell you honestly when longer-term holding would be cheaper handled a different way.
How do I know what stock is held?
Cargo is recorded in and out and reconciled, so a query is answered from the record, not a warehouse walk. If you need a count or a condition check, your coordinator can get it without you making the trip.
