Industries we serve

Built around how your business actually ships.

A manufacturer moving raw material on a schedule and a trader chasing a spot rate need different things from a freight partner. Here is what we do for each.

Manufacturers

Predictable inbound, on-schedule outbound.

A production line does not care about the cheapest freight rate — it cares about material arriving when the schedule says it will. We plan inbound raw material and components around your production calendar, hold buffer stock where it de-risks a late sailing, and move finished goods out on the lanes your customers expect. The value is a supply chain that bends less when a vessel is rolled or a port is congested.

  • Scheduled inbound aligned to production
  • Buffer stock held near port or plant
  • Outbound export documentation handled in-house

Exporters

Clean documents, on-time sailings, incentives claimed.

For an exporter, the shipment is only half the job — the paperwork is the other half, and the money is in getting both right. We prepare shipping bills that agree with your invoices, secure the certificates of origin your buyers and trade agreements require, and make sure legitimate export incentives such as duty drawback and RoDTEP are actually claimed rather than left behind. A rejected buyer document or a missed sailing costs an exporter more than the freight ever will.

  • Shipping bills and certificates of origin
  • Duty drawback and RoDTEP claimed
  • Bookings timed to your buyers’ windows

Importers

Right duty, clean clearance, delivered to the door.

An importer’s costs live in the customs entry, not just the freight. We classify goods correctly the first time so you pay the right duty and not a rupee more, apply any exemption or concession the goods qualify for, and clear and deliver into your warehouse without the shipment sitting at the port racking up demurrage. Where a commodity needs a partner-agency clearance — FSSAI, BIS, quarantine — we flag it at enquiry, not at the border.

  • Correct classification and duty
  • Partner-agency clearances arranged early
  • Cleared and delivered without demurrage

Traders

Sharp rates, quick turnarounds, flexible cargo.

Traders work on margins that a bad freight quote can erase, and on timelines that do not wait. We give you competitive rates on both FCL and LCL, quick turnarounds on mixed and part-load cargo, and the flexibility to route a shipment the way a particular deal needs it. Because we are carrier-neutral, we quote the line that fits the trade — not the one we have a target with.

  • Competitive FCL and LCL rates
  • Fast turnaround on mixed cargo
  • Carrier-neutral routing per deal

Project cargo customers

Engineering-grade planning for outsize moves.

Project and capital-equipment movements are planned, not just booked. We survey the route, study the lifts, arrange the permits and escorts, and match each leg to the right equipment — breakbulk, flat-rack, roll-on/roll-off or heavy road trailer. For an EPC contractor or a plant operator, the risk is not the freight cost, it is a critical component that arrives damaged, late, or unable to reach site. The planning is where that risk is removed.

  • Route surveys and lift studies
  • Permits, escorts and timing windows
  • The right mode for each leg, coordinated
Not sure where you fit?

Most shippers are a bit of everything.

You might import components, export finished goods and trade on the side. That is normal — and it is exactly why one coordinator who understands the whole picture beats four vendors who each see one slice.
