Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and set out the basis on which Seemleius International Pvt. Ltd. provides information through it. They do not by themselves form a contract for logistics services — those are governed by the specific terms we agree with you for a booking.

Using this website

You may use this website for legitimate business purposes — to learn about our services and to make an enquiry. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

Information, not a binding quote

The information on this site, including service descriptions and general guidance on freight, customs and trade, is provided in good faith and for general information. It is not professional advice for your specific shipment, and it is not a binding quotation. A quotation is only binding when we issue it to you in writing for a defined shipment.

Service terms

When you book a shipment with us, that service is provided on the terms we agree with you at the time, which may incorporate standard trading conditions and are subject to the terms of the carriers and other parties in the chain. Nothing on this website overrides those booking terms.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this site are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent, except as ordinary use of the site requires.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this website.
